Career Guidance Charts for 10th Class Students available @ just 5/-

Hi Friends

This is the right opportunity to Serve your own Village Students....

This chart is a 14 Page Booklet. The chart is self explanatory.  Information will be in Telugu and Course Names will be in English for easy readability of Telugu Medium Students. Even easily understandable to English Medium Students. Unfortunately Soft Copy is not available.

With more than 20-30 days of hard work from our volunteers we re-modified our last year Career Guidance Charts for easy understanding of the 10th Class Students who are from Rural/Remote Villages. Last year we distributed these charts to Students where we conducted Career Guidance Sessions for 1/- and for free if they are unable to give that Rupee.

But this year in order to reach more schools and students, we decided to

Give these Charts at subsidized cost of Rs.5/- to anyone who is interested to distributed them in their nearest schools. So that students can read it and will try to decide their future by setting a goal and working towards it (even without our session).. So it will reach many students. We may not be able to cover all the schools in AP.  So any one who is interested can use this opportunity to spread this in your own Villages, Nearest Schools, Schools where you studied.  If you take permission then we will come to conduct a Career Guidance Session to them (If we don't have any scheduled sessions on that day). It's a 1.30 to 1.45 Hours Session.
 OR

You can donate amount for 50 or 100 or 150 or 200 etc., charts, so that we will distribute charts on your name in the needy schools (mostly schools in Villagers/Rural/Remote Areas/Slums) part from schools which we already planned.  So that you can indirectly help & guide students by giving very valuable information.

100 PD Books Donated by Mr. Naveen Kumar

Dear Naveen

We really appreciate your concern for the Students. Thanks for your donating 100 Personality Development Books (Nayakatva Laksyanalu written in Telugu by Mr. K. Prabhakar Rao).

Few of our volunteers read the book and said its really inspiring and very useful to the High School Students and above.

We started conducting "Goal Setting & Personality Development Sessions" for 10th Class Students. After  our Session we are distributing 1 Set of Books (This Book along with "Mee Gamyam Mee Chetullo- by RK Mutt") to each class and asked them to rotate in the class or Read 1 page a day in leisure time.  If students are more than 50, then we are distributing 2 Sets.

Once again we are very thankful for your kind donation and we can understand your interest in donating this Book i.e. to impart Leadership Skills and Values in children.  It will be of great use, as we conduct sessions mostly Government Schools (most of them are in villages)

May God Bless you and your family

Thanks & Regards

S. Sreenivasa Prasad Rao

Hi Naveen,

Your initiation is really good. I read some part of Prabakar Sir book. Its very nice. So your idea of distributing it to Students is excellent.

Actually we are conducting QUIZ Competition in 5 Schools for total 40 Groups. Each group consists of 5-7 Members. So total students will be 40*7=280( if we distribute it to all participants), if not I will distribute the books based on the number how many you give.

I am also started Career Guidance Sessions in 3-4 districts. Where we can distribute these books. This time we will cover around 20-30 Schools. We can give 2 Books in every school and ask them to rotate among the students.

Thanks & Regards

30th December, 13, Monday, Goal Setting & Career Guidance Session in another 3 Schools of Mahaboob Nagar Dt

Dear All

With motivation we got from the Students and School Management in the last week session, we planned the same session on another 3 Schools. Session includes the following

1. Personality & Its importance
2. Goal Setting Importance and How to Set & achieve our Goals
3. Importance of time and 10th Class
4. Different Career Opportunities available after 10th
5. Other resources available to study
6. With Help of "Career Guidance Charts"by distributing them to all the Students
7. A Simple test on our session
8. Distribution of 2 Personality Books to each Class

1. Z.P.High School, Kothapet Village
Actually, session in this school was planned last week. Due to delay in 1 School this got postponed. So we started this weeks sessions from this School. Around 150+ Students participated in this Session. The Coordinating teacher is very impressive, her interest to help their children really impressed us.  We started the session at 10.20AM and completed it by 11.45AM. Thanks our Volunteers Kishore Kumar and Naveen Kumar for their efforts. Students are unable to open up, we can understand the reason. Couple of teachers also listened our session and appreciated our efforts.

We started at 6AM but still unable to reach the destination in time, due to availability of transportation from Shad Nagar to this village :-).

2. Z.P.High School, Keshampet Village

Then we reached the Keshampet School with the help of Riders, who dropped us near the School. We started the session at 12.15Pm and its completed by 1.45PM. This session is conducted by Kishore Kumar. He delivered the session with great enthusiasm and information. The students in this school are very active and raised many different questions regarding different professions/goals. Kishore quietly answered all their questions. I really impressed by his delivery and confidence while giving the lecture. Teachers also appreciated our efforts and as usual couple of teachers participated in our session. The most appreciable thing is Student requested us to spend more time even sacrificing their lunch. This is the 1st School where students requested for few copies of Personality Development Books for their own. Its really inspiring and interesting.

We felt very happy and planning to conduct few other sessions, if possible in this academic year or in the next academic year.  We completed our mid day meals there :-). Around 70 Students participated in this session.

3. Z.P.High School, Kakunuru Village

On different modes of transport we reached the last school at 2.45PM. Here students are nervous and unable to open up like 1st School. After few words from Kishore and Naveen, they slowly started to open up. We completed the session at 4.30PM. Around 40 Students participated in this session. HM requested us to include 9th students also in this session.

We are very satisfied with our efforts even we spend a whole day without having proper transportation facilities. We are receiving regular calls from students and their siblings requesting help on different issues. This is the sign of our success.

Special thanks to Mr. Kishore Kumar for taking an oath to reach as many schools in his native district and help of Naveen Kumar is always unforgettable. This session is really useful and requires to 10th Class students, as schools are located in villages and very rarely getting these types of sessions. Most of the school teachers are requesting us to visit regularly to motivate students. We need to plan in next year based on our Volunteer Strength.  Till now we have conducted these sessions in 5 schools in this academic year 2013-2014

Volunteers Participated : Kishore Kumar, Naveen Kumar and Srinviasa Prasad Rao.

Here who got the highest marks from  1st level, that team only eligible for next level. So After completion of 1st level 3 teams (from each group) are qualified for next level.

After completion of 2nd level, Two teams got same marks. So that we conducted another round for picking 1st and 2nd.

So finally 3 teams got 1st, 2nd 3rd places but maximum of teams.

                మూడు టీం లే ఫైనల్ కి వచ్చాయి కానీ  అన్ని టీం లు గట్టి పోటీని ఇచ్చాయి.

Finally We successfully completed this even with the help of our volunteers
