Discussion points :-

1. Joining of Girl in 10th Class (Referred by our active Member Naveen):- Her mother is working in Naveen’s hostel and this girl is helping her mother. She completed 7th class in Gajula Ramaram. She discontinued her studies 3 years back, even she don’t have her 7th class or earlier classes certificates.  We don’t know much information and we need to know more information. She wants to continue her studies now even by joining in a Govt. School. So we need to know whether it is possible to join in Govt. School without any academic certificates or not.

2. Maharshi Bharadhaja Samithi:  Mr. Satyanarayana is the active volunteer of this Association. Every year they conduct a meet of like minded Serving groups who are working in ground level. This year on 10th April they are inviting around 50 groups, for which they contacted us. Our volunteers Mr.Srinivasa Prasad Rao & K. Veerabhadran met him at Banjara Nagar Thanda. Their motto is to connect like minded NGO’s . They need a synopsis about us along with few pictures and achievements.

3. Sri. Vasundhara (of Seva):-  asked us for a children home to spend monthly 2,000/-. At present we recommended to visit Jana Vikas for 1 month.. She asked us for any homes information which is very much needy. So we suggest like this. Following are the suggestions from members.

 *   Food distribution in Gandhi hospital (if possible)
 *   Supporting education of any child (Srividya Home Needs sponsors for supporting their children)
 *   Distribute books/pens and any stationary related items
 *   Bala Rakshak Foundation for distributing food or other stuff
 *   Food distribution to destitute on roads

Visit of BALA VIKAS HOME FOR ORPHAN CHILDREN

Dear Friends,

On Sunday i.e.20th March we the Volunteers SriValli, Prabha, Janardhan, Venkat, Satyanarayana, Kanakarao and me visited the Bala Vikas Home for Orphan Children.

This home is located in Kachavani Singaram Villlage nearly 10kms from Uppal Bus Stop. There were about 15 children from the age between 4 to 14years.The children are very active and well disciplined. We had a great joy with those children. They sang and danced well and we all interacted well and played some time. Finally we gave some instructions to the students regarding their character building and education.

These students are studying in Sri Vidya Niketan Concept School near by and they will go to the school by School Bus. Recently one of the Faculties of Sri Vidya Niketan by Name Eklavya come to this home to teach and guide the children and staying in the home itself with dedication.

Currently there are two rooms for the children i.e. one for boys and one for girls. Now they are going to construct a building with 6 Rooms and till now basement is completed. when we enquired about the ways of support that we can give from our team then the Madam Sushila Reddy replied that old clothes and provisions are afforded by many but they are currently in need of some sources like money or other material required for completion of Building and finally she told that they will accept the old clothes which are in good condition and also she even distributes them to the near by slum areas.

Renovation of Municipal Park at Suraram Colony

Hi Friends

Finally we done it......The renovation of park is completed. 27th February Sunday Morning we completed Plantation of around 6 Seedlings. We found Stones every where so unable to plant the planned 20 seedlings here. Fortunately we have satisfied with 6 in the 1st phase. We will try to find right area and plan more in the future.

We invited local Corporator and started the activity. He promised us to remove the big stones from the Park shortly. If he won’t then we will send a letter to GHMC directly.

We planned and renovated this park (Previously it was used as Dust Bin or Dump Yard)  not only as park but also to use it as a Play Ground to BRF children,

We spent Rs.2,000/- for Mud etc., Thanks for AMMA and BRF Volunteers for their 4 weeks hard work.

Mr. Ajay and BRF Children promised us to take care of these Plants and Ground.

Hi,

As intimated earlier we started Renovation of Park at Suraram Colony.

We reached there around 3PM and BRF (Bala Rakshak Foundation) volunteers are already started working there and we joined with them. Soon after more volunteers participated and worked hard up to 6.30PM.

Actually we thought this activity might be completed in the same day. But it takes another two more efforts to complete this activity.

There are more than 15 (AMMA & BRF) Volunteers Participated along with BRF Home Little Children.

Then we visited BRF Home and spend some time with those children.

Till now, we spent Rs.2, 000/- for 2 Tippers of Clay/Mud to level the park Ground.

Mr. Ajay has requested the local politicians and corporater but they didn't responded. So we spend the amount in the initial stage and again we approach the Municipal Corporation whether they will extend any help or not.

Mr.Prasanthi & Harish suggested us to contact GHMC so that we will get some help.
