Re: it’s my turn…..< Monday (6th December, 10)> ..Carrier Guidance Program for Student - Phase-1-Essay Writing and Elocution Competitions

Hi

This Monday (6th Monday) we have conducted Essay Writing and Elocution Competitions and Awareness classes about Traffic Rules and Uses/Techniques of Essay Writing & Elocution. First we have conducted Essay Writing to the Children (Topic: Traffic Rules).

Mr. Manoj Kumar explains the Traffic Rules, Precautions (with Symbols) and need to follow these in our daily life.

Then Mr. Sarath Chandra take over the charge explained the uses of Essay Writing and Elocutions and how to present an Essay.

Finally Mr. Srikanth explained how we judge in Elocution, what are the basic things we need to concentrate in Elocution in order to inspire the students. We conclude the awareness session with this one.

In between I have entertained the Students with some funny & useful games.

For Elocution Competition (Topic: Sri.Mother Theresa/Abdul Kalam/C.V.Raman/Nethaji) more than 12-15 students turned up immediately after listening to the Volunteers inspiring words along with 10 members who given their names previously. They want to come out from their fear. Thanks to all the volunteers for inspiring them

It is a very successful program and we are slowly climbing into the right direction on how to guide the students.

Teachers of this school were very much impressed by our activity. They stayed there through out the session which motivates us a lot.

We started at 9.30Am and ended on 12.30PM. Thanks for the School Management for providing such an opportunity and free time for us. We are also going to start weekly classes (2 hours every Monday for 8th & 9th classes) in this school from Next Monday.

My warm wishes to all volunteers and specially for Ipsa Mohanthy (TQC,CIQ) and Rahul (IFOCUS) for turning up after receiving my request to conduct competitions to Hindi Medium Students.

Hi Friends,

I assigned the responsibility to complete the above task for the month of November, 10. Actually I planned and took permission on 15th Nov from school authorities. But unfortunately they postponed it due to rumors of Strike. So it is postponed to this Monday i.e.6th December.

This Monday (6th December, 10) we are conducting Essay Writing and Elocution competitions for 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th Class Students. They can participate in their mother tongue (Telugu, English and Hindi). Around 70 children are given their names for participation. Thanks for M.N.R.R.V. Srikanth for motivating children of such numbers. I have only taken permission apart from this everything has been done by him only (as I am in Deeksha I couldn't turn up as when required).
