Please refer the following Monthly Planner/Scheduler of AMMA-ASWA. We got excellent results and our activities have become more organized with this type of planning in last few months  (from Nov, 09 - March, 10). 

Thanks for all the volunteers who responded positively and discharged their responsibilities or supported other members to complete their tasks successfully by motivating/igniting many more like minded hearts with lots of dedication and determination.

We can see few new volunteer names in the list, who are ready to lead the activities and take the initiation…thanks for their initiation and inspiration once again… Always feel free to take all other volunteers assistance in successful completion of your assigned tasks at any time.

The assigned tasks should be lead/planned/implemented by a specified/allotted volunteer with the help of and by involving all other volunteers. And it does not mean that that particular volunteer has to complete the task totally.

For successful completion of any task mutual co-operation and co ordination between group/team members is necessary (which we already have).

I will send the detailed plan on how to plan and implement each activity in couple of days (for your reference). Please get back to me if you have any concerns or doubts
